Meet the lender of your dreams.
That special financial institution may be waiting for small business owners on April 14 at a speed-lending session sponsored by the Western Pennsylvania Small Business Administration (SBA) and the
Altoona Blair County Development Corporation (ABCD Corp.), a private, non-profit economic development corporation in Blair County and along the I-99 Innovation Corridor.
The Altoona event is the first of six scheduled statewide, says Matthew Fox of ABCD. Participants include staffers from the federal Small Business Administration, ABCD Corp., the Southern Alleghenies Planning and Development Commission, and the St. Francis University Small Business Development Center. Invited lenders include M&T Bank, S&T Bank, Reliance Bank, First Commonwealth Bank, First National Bank, Mainline National Bank, and Citizens Bank.
After a morning of presentations by lenders to the group, attendees will complete a needs assessment card and meet one-on-one with lenders that best match their needs for financial or business planning assistance.
The free event will be held at ABDC’s offices, located at the Devorris Center for Business Development in Altoona. To register, click
