The Logan Community Development Corp. in Philadelphia announced its reactivation and the appointment of Cicely Peterson-Mangum as executive director, reported the Philadelphia Business Journal on Tuesday.

For lack of funding, Logan CDC had been inactive since June 2004, but was revived this summer with funding from DCED, the report said. The organization is now rebuilding its board and hiring staff.
