Lo-Res TV: The 100K House Ribbon-cutting

Postgreen, the much-buzzed development company behind the 100K House, held a ceremonial ribbon-cutting for their highly anticipated homes on March 31, 2009, in the East Kensington section of Philadelphia. The young firm appears to have succeeded in building the first-ever LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certified single-family homes in Pennsylvania--with more on the way.
