LoRes-TV: Route 15 Artisan Trail

The Pennsylvania Artisan Trails were created in 2006 in an effort to create a marketplace for art throughout the state and encourage artists to stay in PA. Four years later, the state's seven trails are thriving with creativity.

The Route 15 trail--Rt 15 By Way of the Arts--runs 180 miles north to south along the state road in Central PA and features rural hideaways and quaint shops as well as urban galleries and extraordinary lodging. The route offers a chance to visit artists' studios and an up-close look at their inspiration.
