Two venerable works, including one from legendary inspiration George Balanchine, and a world premiere by artist in residence Matthew Neenan kicked off the 46th season of the
Pennsylvania Ballet late last month. By all accounts, artistic director Roy Kaiser has put together a showcase of a season that features dynamic programs in 14 ballets. The company will also make a return trip to Washington, D.C. for a performance at the Kennedy Center. This video explores Kaiser's influences in designing the season, which should once again prove that PA belongs on any world-class ballet stage.
